i havent been on here in forever omfg well im fasting for like 5 days and im excited

- green grapes (100)
- slim fast bar (200)
- soup (160)
- chicken (40)
total: 500
i was really hungry today and tempted to eat a lot but i didn’t and i did good (: no overeating and i ate all meals!
Intake - 5/14
- hotdog (140)
- popcorn (160)
- lemonade chill (300)
- 2 homemade chicken tacos (600?)
so a total of 1200 UGHH total freakin fail. I totally binged at the movies, i don’t even like hotdogs.
but i am working out a whole freakin bunch today even though i’m super sore from yesterday and here’s what i’m starting tomorrow-
i can only eatfruits, vegetables, salad, and chicken.NO DAIRY. NO BEEF. NO SWEETS. NO BREAD. NO STARCHES. NO FAST FOOD. NOTHING UNHEALTHY.
that will right off the bat make it easier to keep down my calorie intake. plus i’m exercising like CRAZY so this will be good (:
